Q: I just placed an order. How long until I can expect my package?
A: Generally, orders may take up to 12 business days to process and ship out depending on how busy we are. Depending on our order load, these times may fluctuate, so please plan accordingly and don’t be afraid to ask about current turnaround times!
Q: I'm interested in buying an eye making kit. What size do you recommend for average human eyes?
A: Generally, we recommend 28mm for human sized eyes for adult sized busts, masks, etc. This size offers the most flexibility with more of the sclera (white of the eye) to work with. For instance, the eyes can be opened wider or turned further looking to the side, etc.
For Young adults and children, we recommend going with something a little smaller like 26 or 28mm.
Working on a Reborn or similar doll? We recommend 18-22mm for Reborn Dolls. For all other sizes, we recommend checking out our “Choosing the Right Size” page here.
Going for something a bit smaller? We can make just about any size you may need. For a half-scale size, we recommend 13mm.
Be sure to let us know if you need a custom size iris.
