Q: I just placed an order. How long until I can expect my package?
A: Generally, orders may take up to 12 business days to process and ship out depending on how busy we are. This isn't usually the case but we are a small operation so things can get backed up. Please plan accordingly!
If you have a hard deadline to meet, please let us know! We will work with you to make sure you receive your items by your deadline. Dependent upon the time frame, additional charges may incur.
Also, please be aware that packages in transit have been dramatically slowed due to the current state of the pandemic and is unfortunately out of our control.
Q: I'm interested in buying an eye making kit. What size do you recommend for average human eyes?
A: We usually recommend 28mm for human sized eyes.
Q: How can I be sure that the eyes I make with your kit or buy from you directly will work in my project?
A: We sell threaded blanks that you can use in conjunction with your sculpting, molding and casting phases to ensure a perfect fit.
Q: I live outside the side United States. Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship world-wide. Please note that with international orders, it is recommended purchasing a shipping method with insurance. For international orders, we do not cover duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: My package never arrived. Now what?
A: Please contact us with concerns regarding your shipment within 14 days of receiving your tracking information. Shipments within couriers systems cannot be tracked after 120 days, and we will not be able to issue a replacement.
Packages within the US that have not arrived, but shows “Delivered” from the courier or our site, are not eligible for replacement packages unless we can confirm with the courier that the package was delivered to the wrong address or was never delivered to you.
Packages outside of the US may have varying delivery dates. Unless your package was shipped with an expedited option, First Class Shipping can take up to one month to arrive. If your package has not arrived after this allotted time, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your tracking information.

Q: I'm working on a project that requires up-close shots of the eyes and they need to match an actor/actress. Do you do iris matching or custom jobs?

Q: You don't currently carry the type or size of eye that I need. Can you make custom eye sizes and or molds for me?
A: Yes! We can make just about any (within reason) sized eyes you need. Please email us for a full consultation - firstname.lastname@example.org.
