Refund policy

We are no longer offering returns at this time. Only in the event of a manufacturer defect or if the wrong size or style was ordered will we honor an exchange.

Cancellations must be made via email within 24 hours of purchase. 

Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer (except in the event of a manufacturer defect). In the event of a manufacture defect, Fourth Seal Studios will incur shipping costs to send back the correct item(s).

Make-Your-Own Eye Kits and Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. 

Packages that are marked as delivered will be reviewed on a case by case basis for remakes. Be sure the address on your order is correct as generally once the order is marked as delivered, we will not issue a replacement or refund for packages delivered to the wrong destination. 

When a package is abandoned or the local post has attempted too many failed delivery attempts and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. 

Re-shipment, VAT, duties and tax costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

We will not issue a refund or ship replacement items for packages that are abandoned or have too many failed delivery attempts.

All sales from our As-Is and Second Quality collections are final sale.
