Please note that all of our products are hand-made and made-to-order. This means that colors and patterns may differ slightly with each piece. Please also note that colors may appear different depending upon the screen of your device.

Orders may take up-to 15 business days (Monday-Friday) to produce. Ship times are not included in production estimates.

If you have a project deadline or event, please email us and we will accommodate your order. Rush fees may apply.

Please note that for international orders, it is recommended that you purchase a shipping method with insurance.

We do not cover duties and taxes - these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packages that are abandoned or refused due to refusal to pay these fees will not be issued a refund, even if the package is returned to us for this reason. 

Please note that depending upon your location, shipping with the First Class Shipping option can take as little as two weeks to arrive and as long as a month. This option is not advised for orders that need to arrive within a defined time frame.

If you are in need of your order quickly, we recommend choosing DHL or UPS. They are not only reliable, but quick - shipping to most locations within 2-3 days after your order is produced. 

Have a preferred courier or an account with a specific courier? Please email us and we can get your order set up so you don't end up paying for shipping that you don’t need.
